SHIPPING

Enjoy free ground shipping on orders over $50 within the US. The free ground shipping offer is automatically applied at checkout. Orders under $50 qualify for flat-rate $6.99 shipping. Offer terms and duration, and delivery times are subject to change without notice.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed Monday through Friday after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 3-5 business days for domestic orders to ship, however due to current delivery volume, extra time may be needed. Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Once your order is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, P.O. addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order.

RETURNS

In Store: Full priced, unworn items may be returned within 7 days for a store credit or exchange only.  Sale items, accessories, and items without original tags and packaging are final sale.


Online Orders: Full priced, unworn items may be returned for a store credit when mailed post marked within 7 days from when the item was received.  Sale items, accessories, and items without original tags and packaging are final sale. Please email casey@one5boutique.com to request an exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Once we have received your package, your store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged merchandise or merchandise returned without the original tag will not qualify for a refund. ONE 5 LLC reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy.
